I would have to tell the story of being thrown from a record collection, bringing a black bird as a gift, afternoon school naps, running in the snow and being gone for three days.....and so many more!

Victory

I needed an accomplishment.  So, I challenged myself to a walk.  A 3mile walk to work; and a 3mile walk back to home!   Guess what!   I did it.    

took a new trail

In my morning walk with Buddy,  I took the trail blazed by the small animals around here.  It was fun and interesting.  Found a new shortcut!  Thanks guys.

I surely would miss...

If I had to move away from the Outer Banks,  I would miss seeing the ocean meet the horizon.  Every morning I climb my hill and see it (if the fog hasn't moved in).

All Because of Mom

I remember Mom always made a point of us eating breakfast.  Soft boiled eggs in their holders, and creamy on the stove cooked oatmeal.   All good.  Therefore, I never leave home without eating breakfast.....

and why I am eating my microwave oatmeal with bananas this morning.
